“Robin Ware,” “Robert L. Peters” and “JRB ware” were three such pseudonyms on e-mails that mixed official and family business.
In a four-week period in 2016, for instance, John Flynn, who worked in the Office of the Vice President, sent Joe his official daily schedule to his private e-mail address [email protected] and copied Hunter.
There were 10 such e-mails copied to Hunter between May 18 and June 15, 2016.
In one e-mail from Flynn to Joe, a k a Robert Peters, on May 26, 2016, and copied to Hunter, the schedule includes “8.45am prep for 9am phonecall with Pres Poroshenko.”
Poroshenko was president of Ukraine and, at the time, Hunter was being paid $83,333 a month to sit on the board of corrupt Ukrainian energy company Burisma Holdings Ltd. Hunter introduced top Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi to his father in April 2015 at a dinner at Café Milano in Washington, DC.
In December 2015, Biden famously threatened Poroshenko that he would withhold $1 billion in US aid unless he fired Ukraine’s top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who at the time was investigating Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky. Shokin was removed from office on March 29, 2016.
Burisma executive Vadym Pozharskyi paid Hunter Biden $83,333 a month to sit on its board.
State Department officials have testified that they tried to raise concerns directly with Biden that his son’s Burisma involvement was a conflict of interest that undermined US anti-corruption efforts in Ukraine, but they were rebuffed.
Joe forwarded another e-mail about Ukraine through one of his pseudonymous private e-mail addresses, [email protected], to Hunter and his brother Beau, then Delaware attorney general, on March 26, 2012.
The e-mail was from Deputy Secretary of State (now Secretary of State) Antony Blinken, forwarding an e-mail from US Ambassador to Ukraine John Tefft: “Beau visited Kyev [Ukraine] on the Friday and gave a talk on corruption at the Hyatt . . . then attended reception at the residence where he met many young Ukrainian lawyers. We received many compliments on his presentation and for simply a frank discussion of a problem that still bedevils this country.”
Then-Vice President Joe Biden threatened then Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in 2015 to oust prosecutor Viktor Shokin.
The Robert Peters e-mail address used a @pci.gov domain, a service labeled as problematic by the DNS Institute’s Domain Name System security report last year.
The use of private e-mail not only could represent a conflict of interest with official duties, the services are also more prone to hacking than government accounts.
Ukraine’s top prosecutor Viktor Shokin was fired in 2015 while probing Burisma owner Mykola Zlochevsky.
John Solomon, founder of the Just the News media organization, drew comparisons this week between Joe Biden’s use of private e-mail addresses and Hillary Clinton’s private e-mail server, pointing out that, under federal records law, the then-vice president had an obligation to preserve all emails involving his government work.
“The Presidential Records Act required Joe Biden to make sure that any of his gmail account e-mails, including these e-mails to Hunter Biden, were forwarded to a government account so they could properly be handled by the National Archives,” Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, told Just the News.
Hunter’s former partner Tony Bobulinski was warned of the need for discretion about Joe’s role: “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u are face to face,” wrote James Gilliar, another business partner of Hunter’s, in a WhatsApp message on May 20, 2017. “I know u know that but they are paranoid.”

On Tuesday, U.S. Sen. Ron Johnson (R-Wis.), ranking member of the Senate Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, and U.S. Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), ranking member of the Committee on the Judiciary, sent a letter to Richard Sauber, special counsel to the president, demanding answers to a previous request about Joe Biden’s reported use of non-government email for official business.
Then-Deputy Secretary of State Antony Blinken was receiving emails from Vice President Joe Biden when his son Beau visited Ukraine in 2012.
Last year, on July 30, 2021, the senators requested information from the White House about reports that, when Joe Biden served as Vice President, he used non-government email for officialbusiness, including the transmission of government information to his son, Hunter Biden. At that time, reports indicated that then-Vice President Biden used the following pseudonyms and email addresses:
A recent news report revealed an additional non-government email pseudonym associated with Joe Biden: “67stingray.”
Despite multiple requests from the senators’ staffs for a response to the July 2021 letter, the Biden administration has refused to provide any information and has failed to explain whether government emails and related communications were properly stored and archived.
The senators wrote, “The White House’s failure to respond to our initial questions has raised even more questions with respect to the universe of communications that then-Vice President Biden engaged in with his family while he was Vice President and whether those communications have continued during his presidency.”

For at least four weeks in 2016, a worker in the Office of the Vice President, John Flynn, would send Biden his daily schedule to his private email address, [email protected] while copying in Hunter, according to Fox News.
There were 10 such e-mails which were copied to Hunter between May 18 and June 15, 2016.
The Robert Peters e-mail address used a @pci.gov domain. The service had been labeled as problematic by the DNS Institute’s Domain Name System security report in 2020.

He had started working for Burisma in 2014 and finally departed two months after his father left the office of vice president.
Just months earlier, in December 2015, Biden had threatened Poroshenko that he would withhold $1 billion in US aid unless he fired Ukraine’s top prosecutor Viktor Shokin, who was investigating the owner of Burisma, Mykola Zlochevsky.

Before Joe left office, he was referred to as ‘the big guy’ and described in an email from a Ukrainian executive at Burisma which suggested he’d gotten access to him through Hunter.
It raised serious questions because the executive was also being investigated by a Ukrainian prosecutor who was ousted after Joe leveraged $1billion in American aide money to get him out.
Joe has in the past denied ever offering access to him or the White House to any of Hunter’s business associates.
The laptop purportedly once owned by the president’s son has produced a series of revelations about Hunter Biden’s convoluted family sagas and international business deals.
JornoNews consulted computer forensics experts who vouched for its authenticity. The New York Post reported on some of its email contents weeks before the election, reporting that it was dropped off at a Delaware repair shop in 2019 and never picked up.
This month DailyMail.com revealed Hunter arranged White House and vice presidential residence meetings with his father for two Mexican billionaires with whom he was planning multi-million-dollar business ventures – and that Joe took Hunter and his business partner on Air Force 2 to Mexico amid those deals.
And last month DailyMail.com revealed that former FBI director Louis Freeh, who represented a criminal Romanian property tycoon alongside Hunter, spoke with Joe while the VP was still in office about Joe Biden joining his consultancy firm in 2017.
The White House has not responded to JornoNews‘ questions about any of the incidents.
As vice president, Biden was obliged to preserve all emails involving his government work.
