A South End favorite, The Waterman Fish Bar is opening its second location in Cornelius on Thursday, April 7.

What to expect: The neighborhood seafood joint from restaurateur Paul Manley (Ace No. 3, Sea Level) will open for lunch and dinner with an expanded menu and a spacious patio.

On the menu: You’ll still be able to get all the oysters your salty heart desires, plus new dishes like crab cakes, 48-hour marinated ribeye and a two-tier seafood tower.

  • Like the South End location, expect oyster happy hour on weekdays from 2-7pm with oysters priced at $1.50 each.
  • The Waterman LKN will have also offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3pm.
